Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Marrakech → High Atlas Mountains → Ait Ben Haddou → Ouarzazate → Dades Valley
Your adventure begins with pickup from your accommodation in Marrakech. Cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi n'Tichka Pass, stopping at panoramic viewpoints along the way. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou, Morocco's most iconic fortified village and a filming location for many famous movies. Continue through Ouarzazate and the beautiful Rose Valley before arriving in the stunning Dades Valley for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2 — Dades Valley → Todra Gorges → Merzouga Desert
After breakfast, travel to the breathtaking Todra Gorges, where towering cliffs create one of Morocco's most spectacular natural landscapes. Continue through traditional Berber villages to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Ride a camel across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes and witness a magical sunset before arriving at your luxury desert camp. Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner, Berber music, and an unforgettable night under the stars.
Day 3 — Merzouga → Alnif → Draa Valley → Ouarzazate → Marrakech
Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the Sahara before breakfast. Begin the return journey through Alnif, the scenic Draa Valley, and Ouarzazate, enjoying breathtaking landscapes and photo stops along the way. Cross the High Atlas Mountains once more before arriving back in Marrakech in the evening.
