Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Fes → Ifrane → Cedar Forest → Midelt → Ziz Valley → Merzouga
Your private adventure begins with pickup from your accommodation in Fes. Travel through the beautiful Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Ifrane, known as the 'Switzerland of Morocco,' and the Cedar Forest of Azrou, home to the famous Barbary macaques. Continue through Midelt and the breathtaking Ziz Valley before arriving in Merzouga. Enjoy a camel trek across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes and spend the night in a luxury Sahara desert camp with traditional Berber music under a sky filled with stars.
Day 2 — Merzouga → Rissani → Todra Gorges → Dades Valley
Wake up early to witness a spectacular Sahara sunrise before breakfast. Visit the traditional market of Rissani, then continue to the dramatic Todra Gorges, one of Morocco's most impressive natural wonders. Travel through Berber villages and spend the night in the beautiful Dades Valley.
Day 3 — Dades Valley → Rose Valley → Ouarzazate → Ait Ben Haddou → High Atlas Mountains → Marrakech
Travel along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, passing through the fragrant Rose Valley to Ouarzazate. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou, Morocco's most famous fortified village and a filming location for many Hollywood movies. Cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass before arriving in Marrakech in the evening.
